These terms explain the basis on which you may use our website and our enquiry service. By using this website or submitting an enquiry, you confirm that you accept these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the site or submit an enquiry.

3. What we do - and what we don’t
Eco Renovate is an introduction service. We help homeowners who are interested in measures such as solar panels and battery storage find a suitable, vetted, MCS-certified installer for their area.
We are not an installer. We do not carry out surveys, and we do not supply, fit, or maintain solar panels, batteries, or any other product. When you submit an enquiry, we pass your details to one vetted installer partner covering your area, who will contact you to discuss and arrange a quote. For solar panel and battery enquiries in central Scotland, that partner is currently Quinn Energy Ltd (quinnenergy.uk).
Any survey, quotation, contract, supply, and installation is solely between you and the installer. We are not a party to that contract and have no control over it.
4. Information on this site is general, not advice
The information on this website - including any indicative prices, example savings, payback periods, and energy or product information - is provided for general guidance only. It is not personalised financial, investment, legal, or technical advice, and should not be relied on as such.
Any savings, payback, generation, or performance figures shown are illustrative only and will vary depending on your property, energy use, tariff, and the system installed. The actual figures for your home come from the installer following a survey. We do not guarantee any particular savings, performance, or outcome.
5. Quotes, surveys, and installation
All quotes, surveys, products, warranties, pricing, and installation work are provided by the installer under the installer’s own terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the installer’s quote, advice, workmanship, products, timescales, guarantees, or conduct. Any dispute about a survey, quote, or installation is between you and the installer.
6. Finance
Where finance is offered, it is arranged directly between you and the installer or their credit broker, and is subject to status, affordability, and lender approval. We do not provide finance or credit, and we do not give credit or financial advice.
7. Your responsibilities
By submitting an enquiry you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you are the owner of the property or are authorised to request quotes for it, and that the information you give us is accurate. You also confirm that you consent to us passing your details to a vetted installer as described in our Privacy Policy, so that they can contact you about a quote.
8. Intellectual property
The content of this website, including text, layout, graphics, and logos, is owned by or licensed to Eco Renovate and is protected by law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy, reproduce, or republish any part of the site without our permission.
9. Availability of the website
We aim to keep the website available and up to date, but we provide it “as is” and cannot guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors. We may change, suspend, or withdraw all or part of the site at any time.
10. Our liability

Because we provide a free introduction service, we do not accept liability for business losses.
